Oldboy – Oldeuboi – 올드보이
The beginning of the film takes place in 1988; Oh Dae-su (Choi Min-sik) is a common man who is taken to a police station for being drunk. Upon leaving, he calls home from a phone booth and then vanishes; leaving as only clue the birthday gift he had bought for his daughter. Shortly after, he wakes up in a hotel room where there is only a TV and a door by which he receives food, he also breathes a gas that makes him sleep. Through the TV news he discovers that he is the prime suspect of his wife’s murder. As time passed, he adapts to the darkness of his room and begins to prepare his body and mind to survive the punishment that he is being obliged to comply without knowing the reason.
Lady Vengeance – Chinjulhan geomjasshi – 친절한 금자씨
Lee Geum-Ja (Lee Yeong-ae) is sentenced to 13 years in prison for the kidnapping and murder of a six-year-old boy. She is covering up the real criminal, her lover; the teacher Mr. Baek (Choi Min-Sik). When she discovered that she was betrayed, Geum-Ja spends all her time in jail preparing a revenge against her former lover. Thirteen years later, when she gets out of jail, and with the help of some former colleagues from prison, she finds Mr. Baek and puts into practice her meticulous plan.
The Man From Nowhere – Ajeossi – 아저씨
Cha Tae-shik (Bin Won) is a lonely man whose only contact with the world is through the girl So-mi (Kim Sae-ron). The girl’s mother, Hyo-Jeong (Kim Hyo-seo) steals drugs from an international drug trafficking and organs organization. The traffickers find out about the theft and they kidnap Hyo-Jeong and So-mi, they promise to release both of them if Tae-shik makes them a service. But, the only thing that gang wants is to involved Tae-shik in a plot destroy the rival leader. What nobody knows is that Tae-shik is a former secret agent who is willing to do anything to save the little So-mi.
3-Iron – Bin jip – 빈집
A young man breaks into the home of strangers and live there, while the owners are away. To pay for his stay he performs minor repairs or cleans the house. He usually stays for one or two days in each place, constantly changing home. One day he breaks into a house that is inhabited without realizing. Soon, he develops a strange relationship of complicity with the woman.
Our Sunhi – Uri Seonhui – 우리 선희
Sunhi (Jung Yu-mi) has a degree in film studies and wants to graduate in the United States. In order to achieve this, she asks to her former professor Choi (Kim Sang-joong), to write her a letter of recommendation. During the day, Sunhi casually meet with two men from her past: Munsu (Lee Sun-kyun), her ex-boyfriend, and Jaehak (Jung Jae-young), a film director graduated from the same university as her. Sunhi is a mysterious young man who trying to find herself, while the three men think they understand her better.
